Fight Fitness is a high-energy conditioning class built for everyone—whether you’re in shape, out of shape, young, old, brand new, or experienced. This class is designed to get you ready for the demands of fighting, whether you’re stepping on the mats for the first time or training to perform at your best for MMA or kickboxing competition.

Each session includes a short warm-up followed by circuit-style stations using a 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off format. You control the pace and intensity, so you can go at your own level while still getting pushed.

This is the perfect class if you want to build your fight body—improving cardio, strength, and conditioning—while also burning fat, losing weight, and getting leaner through real fight-style training.
